5 Upper Body Exercises to Tighten & Tone

Happy Friday friends!! Hoping everyone had an amazing week. I just finished with my morning clients, we focused a lot on upper body today and spoke about how it can help so much with posture.

We need a strong upper body to help us stand up right, lift properly, and so much more!

Here is a fun upper body workout video with 5 exercises you are able to do at home or in the gym. Remember to listen to your body when doing these exercises, there is a difference between being in pain and being uncomfortable! I WANT you to get uncomfortable, push out of that comfort zone but, I do not want you in pain.

Key things to remember when working upper body is, proper form, nice tight core and NO SWINGING!
